Yoga for Beginners Course

My new 4-week live Yoga for Beginner’s Course is designed to help answer your questions about Yoga and fill you with confidence for when you’re ready to step into a Yoga class in-person.

What does the course entail?

  • 4 online live Yoga classes each week for 75mins, 60mins of Yoga, 15 mins for Q+As and alignment building every Tuesday from 7 – 8.15pm
  • Online FB support group where you can share progress pics and ask questions any time
  • Access to an exclusive Yoga class library so you can practise more than once per week if you choose
  • Recordings of our live Zoom classes so you can catch up if you miss a session or keep handy to refer back to

What time are the sessions?

7 – 8.15pm every week

What do I need to do the course?

Internet connection, a yoga mat and yourself! Downloading Zoom ahead of time would be great too.

Who is the course for?

The course is for anyone who doesn’t feel confident in their Yoga practise. The course is for people who have never done Yoga before, only tried Yoga a handful of times or who are getting back into Yoga after a break.

What is the cost?

£45 for the 4-weeks.
