I’m currently teaching a handful of classes online every week during lockdown. You can book any class by using the momoyoga schedule below.
Sunday – Yin Yoga – 3.30-4.30pm*
Monday – Yoga for Runners – 7-8pm
Monday – Yoga Nidra – 8.15-9pm
Wednesday – Yin/Yang Yoga – 7-8am
Thursday – Yoga for Runners – 7-8pm
Friday – Power Yoga 45 – 6.45-7.30am
*donation based class
Online classes are hosted via Zoom, I’d recommend downloading the Zoom app before class. You’ll be emailed a link to join class along with a playlist to choose from around 30mins before the class start time. Please double check your junk folder if you can’t find the information!
