I’m currently teaching a handful of classes online every week during lockdown. You can book any class by using the Momoyoga schedule below.
Sunday – Yin Yoga – 3.30-4.30pm
Wednesday – Yin/Yang Yoga – 7-8am
Online classes are hosted via Zoom, I’d recommend downloading the Zoom app before class. You’ll be emailed a link to join class along with a playlist to choose from around 30mins before the class start time. Please double check your junk folder if you can’t find the information!
